I have a very similar turbo on my VW Van.
The pneumatic tubes work so well for engine detail.

Wrap the Lego pneumatic tubes of the color you want around a small wheel or axle. Done. Mini turbo.

Yep. Make some collectors out of pipe bends and you’re good to go
I’ve used the black tubing as the “hot” side of the turbo and the silver as the compressor side. Complete that with something that looks like a pod filter and you’re all set.
